The minimum deposit amount is PKR 250. ar444 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name and must match the identity information held on the ar444 account. Deposits made from payment accounts held in a third party's name are prohibited and will be subject to reversal and investigation.
ar444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used for deposits. Deposits made via methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be frozen pending investigation and will not be credited to the Player's real-money balance until the verification process is complete.
ar444 does not extend credit to Players. All bets and wagers must be funded from available Real Funds or eligible Bonus Funds held within the Player's account at the time of placement. ar444 is not responsible for deposit errors caused by the Player entering incorrect payment details.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification in full. ar444 processes verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within a standard window of under 5 minutes for amounts up to PKR 100,000. Withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the method and transaction volume at the time of request.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. ar444 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems.
Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in Bonus Funds being forfeited and only Real Fund balances being released.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ar444, the Player is encouraged to first contact ar444 support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. ar444 commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.
